Agreement

When you register with Grand Rush and tick the box to accept our Terms and Conditions, you enter into an agreement with us. The English version is the one that counts if a translation reads differently.

Who can play

No one under 18 may play at Grand Rush. You also need to be of legal gambling age where you live, and you are responsible for following the laws of your own country. We can ask for proof of age at any time.

Your account

Each player keeps one account, and opening it costs nothing. Use a working e-mail address as your sign-in, because offers reach you there. Register in the currency of your country. If your own currency is not available, you can choose AUD or NZD.

Bonuses

Our bonuses follow the bonus rules shown with each offer and in the general terms. Wagering must be finished before a bonus becomes cash, and a withdrawal request ends any bonus that is still pending. We may refuse or cancel a bonus where we see abuse.

Deposits and withdrawals

Every deposit is played through at least once before it can be cashed out. The smallest withdrawal is $100. A photo of you holding your ID has to reach the Cashier within 14 days of the request, or the amount goes back to your balance.

Fair play

Robots, collusion, hedging and other ways of gaining an unfair edge are not allowed. Where results on your device differ from our gaming server, the server result stands.

Closing your account

To close your account, just ask Customer Service. We handle closure requests within 24 hours.
